I was referred here by another dentist after numerous implants failed and I was left with no bone and was told this office should be able to help. I set up for a consult which I paid for as well as x rays. I never got to talk to the dentist durning my consult but I was given a payment plan and financing without ever actually talking with the doctor. I continuously called trying to talk with the dentist and felt ignored. I was then told to come in for a consult which I took of of work for only to be told an hour and a half after waiting that the doctor is very busy and in surgery despite being told I was the first appointment. I was then told how I could wait till he was done but no one knows how long that may take, or have them reschedule me which I chose to do. They also told me I could have the consult over the phone so I don’t have to come in, they however never honored that consult and left me waiting for a phone call. When I called to see what the deal was the dentist was again in surgery and was told the “morning huddle took to long” then after two months of back and forth I find out I was never his patient and I paid for a consult so him and the dentist who did the work in t

I had a dental appointment today with Dr. Chitra, Diana, and Barbara, and it was fantastic! Dr. Chitra laid out all my options in simple terms, showing real professionalism and making me feel totally at ease. Definitely a 5-star experience. Diana and Barbara were amazing too—super professional yet so friendly and approachable. Their warm vibes made the whole visit feel chill, almost like I wasn't even at the dentist. Honestly, 5 stars don't do their work justice!

I can't recommend Dr. Preeti enough! She did an incredible job fixing the gap between my front teeth, and I am beyond happy with the results. My smile looks so natural and beautiful—it has truly boosted my confidence. Dr. Preeti is not only exceptionally skilled but also kind, patient, and genuinely cares about her patients. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, explained the entire process, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Her attention to detail is amazing, and it really shows in her work. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Absolutely amazing experience at Malo Smile USA every time! Dr. Shankar and Dr. Preeti Iyer are incredibly caring, accommodating, and professional. Scheduling appointments is always easy, and the staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and wonderful to interact with — many have been there for years, which truly reflects the positive environment they create. Highly recommend for anyone looking for exceptional dental care with a personal touch!

Barbra did a great job cleaning my teeth!! And enough can’t be said about Dr. Preeti and Dr. Iyer, they both re constructed my entire mouth and brought back my smile. Something I never thought I would ever be able to actually make happen, they made a reality and was super accommodating the entire process. In 34 years I’ve always avoided the dentist and is why I was in the position I was in. Now I look forward to my appointments!!! Def recommend to anyone who needs any type of dental work done small or big!! Janet was also the best and made scheduling everything a breeze and was always available anytime I had any questions.
